  I would like to preface this review with the fact that I hate writing bad reviews, but my experiences at this store have been consistently terrible. Previous experiences include associates walking away from a friend they didn't know I was with and making fun of her for asking about a negligee - a standard lingerie item - and the associates not knowing what it was, being completely ignored even though between the two of us we drop anywhere from $100-$1000 each visit, and finally today, asking if they could check for a different size of a panty and being met with a blank stare, a poor excuse for clearly not wanting to check, and then finally saying sure I'll check for you and walking away LITERALLY WITH NO CLUE WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO CHECK FOR. Marissa at the front was the only thing recommendable about this visit. Not only did she offer to look, she continued to ask me at not annoyingly soon times if there was anything she could find for me. Unreal. Provo Riverwoods is a smaller store with MUCH better customer service in that - get this - they actually TRY. Fashion Place is marginally better than Orem. This store is so incredibly bad it should be closed. If you're looking to lay down $$$ for lingerie without wanting to scream, I recommend running in the opposite direction from this store as fast as possible.
