  They gave us a bid and we paid for half of the bill up front. When Christy came to our house she brought a new bid that she had added $71.56 to for a closet that she told my husband we had talked about. We never talked about her adding that for a small closet. We paid it but I would never use them for carpet again. This also happened with her suggested painting contractor, Salvador, he doubled the price to painting our cabinets and drastically increased the price for painting the house in the middle of the job. Christy had sent us an email with the original price and Salvador never gave us a bid in writing, even though I kept asking him to. The painting price increased by $1,480. He said that he didn't give her the price that she emailed us. The paint job was not done professionally either. It was a very disappointing experience. I felt completely scammed by the way the two of them handled he whole experience. I wouldn't trust anyone she suggests unless they give you a bid directly. I took the bid she gave me as word and that was my biggest mistake. I don't want anyone else to have to experience this. She referred us to a wood floor refinishing company that did do a great job. I would give them 5 stars.
