  The service was great. They have a lot of varieties of tile. it was a little more pricey than other places I have gone. They also have wall tiles that are very beautiful. It had a big open area and marvelous displays.

  Great selection and Fantastic help! We wanted something different and custom but didn't want to pay the enormous prices we were seeing. Bridget could read what I wanted before I even knew and brought out samples of even more amazing tiles and we used that as inspiration for a custom tile material and pattern. It was perfect for our project at an incredible price. My searching ended there and Josh was an incredible installer--professional, great attention to detail, eager to please, and fast! (The custom tile DID take a while to arrive so be aware of that if you special order.) They were all so good to work with from the sales help to the install. I will definitely go back for our next project.

  You know when you get down to some of the final decisions, it just gets overwhelming. That's the stage I was at when I walked into the doors of Old World Stone and met Kimberli McCann. She was indeed a lifesaver. She walked me through my options, captured my vision and helped me through every step of my tile selection. One particular moment where she went above and beyond was when I was on a jog when my tile guy called me asking how I wanted the placement of my tiles in my shower: the subway look or stacked? Confused I just let him talk me into stacked. Five minutes later, Kimberli called me and recommended the subway look. I am so glad she did. In fact, yesterday I was admiring the fine tile work in my shower and thought about how disappointed I would be had I not listened to her. I highly recommend OWSI for any of your flooring needs.
