  The store is SUPER messy, clothes are in piles, it's so unorganized. Sure, you can find some cute stuff and it's super cheap but the quality is horrible.

  Staff is rude! My husband (pushing our double stroller around with 2 kids) was followed around by an employee (Frankie, possibly a manager), my husband finally asked why and the employee tried to say he was shoplifting! My husband explained that he was there to exchange pants that we bought online, delivered only the day before, and was appalled at being accused of shoplifting! The employee began sniffing the pants and told my husband he wouldn't accept the return because the pants had been worn. They had not! Not even tried on because they were extremely small for my husband. They were rude to us and embarrassed us in front of our kids and other shoppers. We will drive to Fashion Place next time! I'd rather drive 30 min than step foot in that store again.
