  I have used this company to install an insert in my basement fireplace designed for wood. They did a good job, and it has been very functional and pleasant. With that said, their website is nearly useless. There is no pricing on any of the models. I am a contractor bidding a basement finish and simply need a range of cost, but cannot find any info on the site, which implies to me that they feel the prices are not competitive, and they need to be able to have you come in so they can have a crack at pressuring you.
