  Top notch customer service, prompt, careful. I have no reservations. Edit: Until I figured out I was wasting money. Initially, I thought I had voles in my yard. The tech came to my yard, and agreed with me. So we contracted to have bait boxes put out. Well, I don't have voles, I have LOTS of earthworms. I feel like that is a distinction that a pest control company should be able to make. So I decided there was not any reason to kill imaginary rodents in my yard. Especially in the winter. I called last week to cancel my service, and was told the managers were all on other calls and would call me back. I finally heard from them yesterday and was informed that I would be billed for half the remaining services on my house. EXCEPT THAT I WOULD NOT RECEIVE THOSE SERVICES! I get that everyone wants you to be on subscription, but if I am paying for half the remaining services should I not receive them? Seriously. The company incurs no cost for me canceling, this is just punishing the consumer for not killing ROUS's in their yard. My advice? Find someone else that cares as much about you when you leave their service as when you start. 2 stars because they did manage to kill the cricket outside my bedroom. Whoever that guy was, I will kiss him right on the mouth.
