  IF you read nothing more than after this line, know that this is A COMPLETE SCAM. Not only will you never receive a suit that fits, but you will also be ignored and your money will never be refunded. Go beyond not getting a suit for yourself and make sure you let your peers know not to purchase one as well. The day I accepted my first job was also the same day I knew I would order my first custom suit. I was extremely close to purchasing from Dress Code when thanks to a friend’s unfortunate experience, I quickly changed my mind and purchased elsewhere. The deal I found online for Dress Code was in my mind too good to be true, 350 dollars for a custom suit, and it turns out that’s exactly what it was. My friend ordered a custom suit on 11/27/2012. It is November 2013 and he has still not received it. He has gone through 3 "stylist consultants,” 2 suits that he could barley get his arms through, and now is being completely ignored. Despite the 4-6 week expressed turnaround and the additional $50 dollars spent to have it expedited (3 weeks), it is almost a year later and still no suit. Worst of all the service has been horrendous. Weeks without letting him know how the progress on his suit was going and months going by with no suit to make up for this dreadful experience. An extra $350 dollars would have been the right decision to start with a different company from the get-go. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.” I wonder if the staff at Dress Code would benefit from being made aware of this little quote? IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
