  We had a very good salesperson who was VERY knowledgeable about his products. He was sincere and genuine. We were just going to look but After spending time with Roger we knew we needed to buy and felt confident about our decision.

  We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We’d been in a few times so we already knew what we wanted. Our salesperson found that the online price for the piece we wanted was cheaper than their in-store price. In all, we were able to save over $600! The reason I only give it 4 stars is b/c later, we discovered that they put our names wrong in their computer, and mixed up our billing and delivery addresses, which caused confusion with the delivery. They also notated that we had received our piece of furniture a week before it was delivered, which created more issues.
