  I love that there is an ace hardware in this store. The hardware I purchased was very reasonable. As long as I was there I picked up some groceries. The only negative is that they require that you provide your contact information in order receive savings. This is common to many 2nd rate grocery stores, but even those will scan their own card if needed. Ridleys will not. I will still shop if I need hardware, but I probably won't buy groceries, especially with target so close.

  Purchased a Collins Axe mattock from this location a few months ago. I ended up having a manufacturers defect issue with it. As I was explaining what happend to the employee (darker toned skin, possibly Hispanic, early to mid 30s) he rudely cut me off and said since it was used he wouldn't do anything for me. I tried asking him to help me get contact info for Collins Axe and he said "it's used, there's nothing I can (will) do." I left upset and frustrated. Unless the management is willing to reach out to me to help me out (and hopefully writing up their rude employee), this will be my only transaction with this location and possible the entire company. I could have given just as much money to a company that would have listened and probably sells better products. It's no wonder Ace Hardware is just a few years shy from going out of business.
